Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
Eligible items purchased on tee-brain.com can be returned within 30 days after delivery. You may request a store credit, an exchange for an item of equal value, or a refund. To be eligible for a return, every return must be in brand new condition. It must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the original packaging and shipping label intact. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a store credit, exchange, or refund. 

You can initiate a return by completing the Product Return and Refund Form, and someone from our support service will review and get back to you shortly with a return label if your claim is approved. For any other questions, contact us at support@tee-brain.com. Please always include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

Refunds
Please keep your tracking number. We do provide refunds for wrong items sent, or damaged/defective items. No refunds will be made past 30 days from purchase date. Please contact support@tee-brain.com if you believe you are eligible for a refund.

We will process your return as soon as possible after receiving it in our facilities. If your refund request is approved, you will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
You will receive the purchase amount you paid, excluding shipping costs. 

Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for returns. Any items purchased on sale or with a discount code will be refunded the sale/discount price, not the regular price. Specialty items such as mystery bags are also non-returnable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Tee-Brain is not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If there is an issue with your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you must contact the shipping carrier and refer to your tracking number. Tee-Brain Gifts is not responsible for the re-delivery of packages or missing mail. If your order is marked as delivered and did not arrive, you must file a claim with the carrier for missing mail and they will address it for you.
