Shipping Policy
U.S. SHIPPING
All orders ship out within 8 days. Once we process your order and it is prepared for shipping, please allow 2-5 days for delivery. We primarily use USPS for all domestic orders. Please be aware that orders may take longer due to special events, weather, and holidays.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays. We do not provide delivery instructions on orders.
We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout. Customers are responsible for making sure they have provided the correct shipping information at their order is placed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been shipped, a notification with your shipment's tracking information, will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse. For additional inquiries about your order, please contact us at support@tee-brain.com.
FAILED DELIVERY/ABANDONED PACKAGES
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping information and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (Tee-Brain Gifts) at the customer’s expense.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Tee-Brain Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have special shipping circumstances, please contact USPS or the appropriate shipping provider. We do most of our shipping through USPS. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the appropriate shipping provider.
DAMAGED/OPEN PACKAGE
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at support@tee-brain.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer International shipping.
